We have been mindful of most diets and have intentionally limited the use of nuts and allergens to only those that affect the fewest in our RAIRE community, ensuring a rich and indulgent experience for all.
Ingredients We Avoid
At RAIRE, we are mindful of common allergens and intentionally leave out:
- Peanuts
- Walnuts
- Sesame
- Cashews
- Gluten
- Dairy
- Mollusks
- Artificial Food Dyes (e.g., FD&C Yellow 5/Tartrazine)
- Carmine (Cochineal Extract)
Ingredients Present in RAIRE Products
While we strive to accommodate many dietary needs, the following allergens are present in our chocolates:
- Tree Nuts (Pistachio, Almond, Coconut)
- Soy Lecithin (Used as an emulsifier in chocolate couverture)

Although not included in our recipes, our facility processes:
- Walnuts
- Gluten
- Eggs
- Dairy
