RAIRE draws its sweetness from nature. We use whole, naturally sweet ingredients like dates, unsweetened dried apples, apricots, and peaches to bring a soft, balanced sweetness to every bite—with no added sugar in our recipes.

For full transparency, the chocolate couverture we source is crafted with organic cane sugar by our manufacturing partner. While we never add sugar ourselves, the base chocolate does contain a minimal amount of naturally derived sweetness.

RAIRE is a fruit- and nut-based chocolate truffle, thoughtfully crafted with wholesome ingredients that celebrate both indulgence and wellness. We use a limited selection of nuts—such as pistachios, pumpkin seeds, and almonds—chosen with care for their natural benefits and beautiful flavor.

Because we deeply value our beloved community, especially those with nut sensitivities, we created the RAIRE Chocolate Ganache: a nut-free collection designed to deliver the same rich, joyful experience—without compromise.

***Please note: While our ganache truffles are nut-free, all RAIRE truffles are made in a facility that also processes nuts. Although we take great care, trace amounts may still be present.

We take great care in every step of our process—using mostly organic, plant-based, and gluten-free ingredients to craft our truffles. From our dark chocolate to our white chocolate, which is made with organic, gluten-free oat milk, every creation is 100% vegan and free from gluten, dairy, and artificial additives—with the exception of Pollen Bloom, which is decorated with bee pollen.

Our commitment is simple: pure ingredients, crafted with intention, to offer indulgence that honors both body and spirit.

We use a thoughtful selection of organic and all-natural ingredients. Some premium components, such as Valrhona fruit inspiration chocolate, are not certified organic — but they were chosen for their unmatched quality and ability to create a truly elevated chocolate experience.

At RAIRE, we thoughtfully source our couverture from some of the world’s most renowned chocolate makers who share our values of quality, sustainability, and ethical sourcing. Each origin is carefully chosen to complement our pure, plant-based truffle recipes:

*Guittard (California) – Our 66% organic dark chocolate is crafted from a proprietary blend of Caribbean and South American cacao beans, including Forastero and Trinitario varietals, known for their notes of fresh berries, spice, and jasmine.

*TCHO (Berkeley, CA) – Our organic white chocolate is entirely plant-based, made with organic oat milk and fair-trade cacao sourced from smallholder farmers, delivering a smooth, creamy experience without dairy.

*Valrhona Fruits Inspiration Chocolate (France) – We use Valrhona’s Fruits Inspiration, made with freeze-driec fruits powder, cocoa butter, and cane sugar—no artificial flavors or colors—for a vibrant and naturally sweet fruit chocolate.

Our truffles are best enjoyed within 2–3 weeks of purchase. Since we use no preservatives or additives, we recommend savoring them fresh.

To help prolong freshness, store your chocolates in a sealed container in a cool, dry place (ideally 60–70°F), away from direct sunlight. During warmer months, a wine cooler or refrigerator is ideal. For the best texture and flavor, allow truffles to come to room temperature before enjoying.

Yes—every color in a RAIRE truffle is inspired by nature. We use only plant-based, food-safe ingredients derived from fruits, vegetables, and flowers—including saffron, beetroot, spirulina, blueberry, bee pollen, activated charcoal, and 24k gold leaf—to bring each piece to life.

Each RAIRE truffle is lovingly handcrafted in small batches in Orange County, California. From our kitchen to your heart, every piece is made with care, intention, and the highest quality ingredients.

To preserve the integrity of our chocolates, RAIRE ships Monday through Wednesday. All orders are packed with insulation and cold packs to ensure they arrive in pristine condition.

When temperatures exceed 85°F, we may temporarily pause shipments or require expedited delivery. During extreme heat, we do not ship to certain high-temperature regions, where transit conditions may compromise product quality.
